Missions

You will joint CACIB New York and especially " Strucured Finance Depatment " as Analyst Project Finance.

Structured Finance (SFI) is one of the leading divisions of Crédit Agricole CIB.

The businesses of structured finance include originating, advising, structuring and financing investment transactions in France and further afield, which are often backed by tangible collateral such as aircraft, ships, corporate real estate) or complex and structured loans.

Structured Finance has the following main missions:
¤ originating and structuring complex financing mainly based on actual sureties, 
¤ providing advisory services in financing strategy and structuring,  
¤ ensuring the coverage on a worldwide basis of the following sectors : Aviation & Rail,  Infrastructure,  Oil & Gas,  Real Estate & Lodging,  Shipping,  Telecom, Media & Technology, Utilities & Power.

 

Your main missions will be : 

Provide general support to the team:
-       Support the team in the management of the existing portfolio
-       Research and synthesis of information
-       Analyze project finance transactions within the Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure space
-       Support the team on due diligence process with specific tasks assigned
-       Coordinate with other departments of Credit Agricole such as derivatives, capital markets, etc. to obtain information and coordinate efforts
