Job summary

Overall:
Within the team in charge staff management, you administer the activity tracking system in liaison with managers and teams. You will also contribute to the back office activity of the team.

Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the periodic collection of data from various IT teams (weekly or monthly process)
- Assist end-users when needed
- Administer the user referential (profiles & assignments)
- Administer the referential of activities & assets
- Publish KPI on data quality and contribute to data quality improvement actions
- Contribute to the back office activity of the team in terms of staff management follow-up
- Contribute to control plan and propose new control as needed
