Job Function Function Up­gradation of Hardware­In­Loop (HIL) Systems
Set­up & Maintenance of HIL systems ( HIL Hardware, Software & Model)
Principal Activities Technical
·        Maintenance & upgrade of the HIL­System Hardware, Software including Model delivery.
·        Execution of HIL Testing ( Manual & Automatic)
·        Set­up the new Simulation projects ( Model Parameterization, Sensor Configuration , etc.,)
·        Setup and Commissioning of HIL bench with error free HIL test Bench.
·        Commissioning of EBS ECUs
·        Execution & debugging of HIL Environment & fix the HIL system issues.
·        Setup and Maintenance for CAN/Flexray rest bus simulation
·        Definition of driving maneuver for verification of the controller functionality
·        Maintenance of Documentation

Good Problem Resolution Skills
Good HIL system debugging skills.
Know How Requirements Education
Degree in Engineering ( Electronics, Electrical)
Professional Experience
­         HIL System testing experience in Automotive domain
Project and/or Process knowledge/capabilities/experience
­         Building of electronic circuits, soldering
­         Experience in electronic control unit in automotive sector (Preferably Safety related systems)
­         Experience in CANalyser/CANoe
­         Knowledge of measurement systems (e.g. oscilloscope), DMM & CAN Bus­systems ( CANCaseXl/CANCard etc.,)
­         Knowledge with Power supplies, Break­out Box & ECU measurement systems.
­         Knowledge about EBS­system
­         Reading electrical diagrams / schematics
­         Knowledge with respect ECU electrical diagram & Cable Harness
­         Windows OS , Knowledge in Basic Network
Desired Knowledge
­         Knowledge in Electronics, Microcontroller
­         Knowledge in sensors, Actuators and hydraulics
­         Experience with HIL­ und SIL­ vehicle dynamic simulation
­         Knowledge in MKS and Matlab/Simulink
­         Basic programming knowledge in C/C++ and CAPL
Intercultural / International Experience
Germany (preferable)
Other Requirements
Office location will be Bangalore
Should be willing to travel abroad (Germany/Hungary) on short notice
