Overview:
The Accounting Coordinator reports directly to the Finance Supervisor. The position provides supervision of Expense processes & Credit card creation, changes, and inquiries. The Accounting Coordinator has primary responsibility for Expense report processing and corporate credit card administration for Automotive and Rubber divisions. Interprets travel policy and provides guidance to team of 2 internal expense auditors. Maintain proper internal control to safeguard company assets.
Core Responsibilities:

• Perform daily audits of expense reports to ensure compliance with travel policy
• Review and process pending expense report exceptions queue
• Perform terminated employees account reviews.
• Perform account reconciliation on outstanding charges (Concur). Review and reconcile monthly delinquent accounts.
• Create and monitor escalations by emailing employees and contacting managers and HR Business partners
• Manage the Concur shared inbox and respond appropriately to emails.
• Monitor the shared phone line and provide resolution support for inquiries.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as requested by Management. Maintain proper internal control to safeguard company assets.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
• HS Diploma
• 3 years of experience
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP
• Business Associates Degree
• 1+ yr Customer Service
Previous experience with Concur
