DETAIL OF THE MISSION :
The VIE will provide his/her support to increase our development Center in Bangalore, India.
- Facilitate the communication between Toulouse Teams and the Bangalore Team.
- Participate to the interviews and selection of new Indian Engineers (in electronic/mechanics),
- Prepare with local management the R&D budget for our Segment
- Train the new Indian Engineers on CONTINENTAL products and methods
- Insure the tracking of the local team activities, prepare monthly reporting.
- Insure the coordination of the Production Support Team activities, participate the project coordination meetings and support the team in the day-to-day works, check the contents of the deliveries and its quality.
- Put in place all necessary tools to facilitate the reporting and the tracking.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master degree in Electronic Engineer or equivalent
- International & Open mind set
- Good electronic & management skills
- English language mandatory.
