Poste et missions:
Our E-Partner department provides a service to automate commercial exchanges between our partners and our various commercial departments in Europe.
With the aim of "zero paper" and the improvement of electronic data interchange (EDI)
- based IT tools, we propose an opportunity for a VIE. 
Environment
Multicultural environment and major part of exchanges in English with 20 customer services in Europe, technical supervisors of customers, subcontractors and Global Delivery Service. High level of reactivity and competition markets.
Your role
Participation in new developments.
Translation of the needs expressed into a project and implementation in an expert way.
Participation in testing new developments and support.
Manage questions and claims from customers
Manage technical issues with providers
Improve and develop partnerships with key accounts
Provide help and assistance in operational tasks.
Profil:
Engineer's degree or master's degree in computer science.
Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (.Net C #), relational databases (SQL).
Basics of Project Management.
Ability to communicate, work in teams and be involved on various projects.
A mastery of French and English is essential.
