Position Summary:
The Marketing Admin supports the Marketing Production team in the development and ongoing management of all customer-facing marketing communications utilized across CertainTeed. They work closely with the Manager, Marketing Production, stakeholders, internal resources, agencies, and suppliers to execute against campaign and project objectives, working to ensure quality, on-time delivery within budget. They are the front line of brand management and will uphold the brand guidelines to maintain consistent messaging and brand standards across all endeavors.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting all aspects of production of a wide variety of marketing communications assets, across print and digital channels
• Assist in maintaining photo libraries - securing required releases, identifying photographers and executing contracts, shoot logistics and integration into digital asset management platform(s)
• Work with the content team on copy-related requests
• Coordinate with agency partners on creative development
• Routing creative to the stakeholder team to collect feedback and reaction
• QC of creative files and proofs
• Coordinate translation needs and services
• Maintenance of fulfillment tools
• Project management applications
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years’ experience in marketing communications
• Working knowledge of design and production processes and vernacular
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, comfortable multitasking
• Detail-oriented and able to work under-pressure supporting multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience working with vendors & agencies
• Experience with digital design best practices a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with budget management and reporting
• Excellent solo working skills – keeping yourself accountable for both your growth and the quality of your work
• Robust interpersonal skills – collaborating and supporting the team is a critical success factor
