Saint-Gobain’s High-Performance Refractories (HPR) is a dynamic, global business with operations centered in Worcester, Massachusetts. Globally HPR has manufacturing and sales operations out of 11 international facilities on 5 continents. With a dynamic culture of growth and change HPR is an exciting place for personal growth and achievement.
We are seeking a Specialist in Digital Marketing and Market Analysis that will support the global commercial teams at HPR to succeed in a dynamic and competitive market place. The HPR organization is growing organically with a focus on new digital initiatives for internal and external marketing and market intelligence. This position in responsible for conceptualizing, designing, coordinating and launching content with the input from the global stakeholders and in collaboration with external partners and agencies.
You will:
- Create original content concepts to support marketing campaigns
- Create and manage email lists by campaign
- Write web optimized content for website expansion
- Collaborate with commercial team members to write short, medium and long form documents such as flyers, datasheets, brochures, white papers, newsletters, tech articles, editorials, presentations
- Update and consolidate Competition intelligence data
- Collaborate to create a business intelligence watch (Competition and Markets) available on a secured and user-friendly platform
- Collaborate to Ceramic markets analysis including segmentation, Market size assessment, positioning
- Occasional travel with supervisor (<10%)
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Indesign, Lightroom, Photoshop.
- Organized and thoughtful approach to daily activities
- Able to function independently or cooperatively as required by the activity
- Basic experience with a CMS platform such as Drupal or Wordpress.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
- Bachelor’s degree, B.A., B.S. or equivalent degree
- Experience in marketing and/or market analyst functions as an intern, apprentice or equivalent capacity
