Poste et missions:
Position: UX and Personalisation Executive
Location: Coventry, UK
Overview:
Working in the UK digital marketing teams, your role will be to lead online UX, personalisation and MVT. The role is to improve the customer experience at every touch point.
Job Description:
You will be a key member of the SGBD Digital team. Your role will be to shape the Digital Properties of Saint Gobain UK. Working on our current web properties you will create and deliver MVT tests to back up proposed design changes. You will have strong prototyping skills and the ability to create clear work flows to engage stakeholders. Working to understand the B2B and B2C customer and propose changes to improve all metrics including AOV, retention and CRO. You will be led by the data and the customer – this is a customer focused role.
Working in and shaping a challenging working environment you will be a key member of the Digital Marketing team shaping the future of UX.
Profil:
Skills & Experience:
Reporting, planning, creative tenacious, good leadership skills. You will be insightful, organised, and methodical with great presentation skills.
Required:
Graphic design, wire framing, testing and web design skills.
Customer focused with a passion for making incremental improvements on everyday interactions.
Desirable:
Graphic design qualifications, project management qualifications, coding, Java
Education: Strong academic results in written English.
