Poste et missions:
Position: Digital Product Manager
Location: Coventry, UK
Overview:
Working with our Content Management Systems you will be accountable for turning our product data into outstanding web content. Merchandising our products to appear in the most relevant places on our websites, you will be a key link between our data team and the customer. Your job will be to ‘think for the customer’; managing the category, facets and search functionality ensuring the customers can find what they want, with minimal effort.
Job Description:
You will be a key member of the Digital marketing team, working closely with our marketing, category and data teams. You will work to get a deep understanding of our customers, categories and our products. Using analytics data you will learn how the customer shops online and the key buying triggers, turning insight into actions.
Working in and shaping a challenging working environment you will be a key member of the Digital Marketing team
Skills & Experience:
Ideally from a retail or marketing background you will want to learn how to maximise sales and product exposure online. You will be hungry to learn new skills and have excellent communication skills.
Required:
Retail, category management, merchandising or marketing background
Customer focused with a genuine love of selling product online and of gathering, organising and sorting data.
Desirable:
Digital category or product management. Personalisation, UX or MVT testing.
Education: Strong academic background
