Job description

Colebridge Trust is Community Development trust that is a member of Locality. The charity operates in Solihull, for the purposes of improving the life chances of local people. The borough is diverse and includes some of the most affluent neighbourhoods in England, as well as some of the most deprived.

The charity has a newly refurbished community building and is looking to expand both physically and in terms of the breadth of activities on offer.

We are looking for an intern who will be able to support community consultations in the North Solihull area and evaluate activities that are successful elsewhere, which may be a good fit for this centre. You will be required to research into disadvantaged groups, unemployment and health & wellbeing.

You will work with management to develop a business plan for the centre.

You must have the confidence to work with a broad range of people from all backgrounds.

Desired profile

A genuine interest in the third sector, with a Business or Social Science related qualification / part-qualification.
