Within CNH Industrial, the Parts & Service Iveco Italy market (biggest EMEA Market) is looking for a VIE to take the responsibility of its reporting activities and support the market management in both the day-to-day activities and the strategic decisions.
Poste et missions:
Accountabilities and Decision Making Authority:
Responsible for statistical modeling, analysis and reporting of depot operational volumes, moves and costs. Evaluate options, determine solutions, and implement better methods and processes to positively impact depot operational processes and costs. Analyze current inventory placement at each depot facility and across the network to recommend changes for driving productivity, service, and cost efficiencies.
Responsible as project manager for implementation of recommended solutions
Representative Activities:
- Simulation of current depot operations and what-if analysis on alternatives under review.
- Proactive critical review, analysis and reporting of trends in the business and interpretation of the cost and service implications, especially as conditions change.
- Identification of opportunities for operational productivity improvements and/or cost reductions through data mining and supporting analysis.
- Initiate, innovate, and drive continuous improvement of the depot operations processes.
- On-site audit of standard depot operational processes.
Profil:
- 4 year degree required
- Masters degree preferred
- data acquisition techniques, operational research/optimization modeling experience, preferably with MS Access
- Programming proficiency with Visual Basic will be preferred
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal and communicative skills
- High competency with MS Office—Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project
- Ability to accurately and succinctly convey complex concepts
- Strong team orientation, confidentiality, and ability to influence
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with 6 Sigma processes preferred
