Poste et missions:
The Network Planning & Projects will be part of the Customer Care and Support Network Development team and more precisely of the Network Systems and Intelligence area. Aim of this group is to identify best practices inside and outside the company to develop cross brand projects in line with the CNH Industrial Network Road Map.
The role of the Analyst within this group will be to collect, interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports in order to support the EMEA ND Project Manager in developing and implementing key cross-brand projects.
The roles request the ability to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and identify, analyze, interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Management, Data entry, auditing, reporting, and monitoring data systems.
- Elaborate and/or update comprehensive reports on current commercial and financial status of the networks.
- Support in the resolution of major technical issues.
- Develops complex data mappings to document data flows through multiple databases.
- Merge Brand and competitive information to build benchmarks on network models used by market/country/region.
- Monitor network actions and targets in place by Brand to ensure maximum alignment with the defined plan.
- Define the dealer financial sustainability models that can be applied depending on the reference market while leveraging on all available information including the Business Management tool and CNH / IVECO Capital.

Profil:
- Understanding of financial statements and key financial KPIs.
- Knowledge of Geo-marketing tools.
- Good analytical and data processing skills.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Open to a changing environment.
- Open to ongoing teamwork with peers with diverse professional, language and cultural backgrounds.
- Available to travel within the EMEA region and based on the Project’s needs.
- Experienced user of MS office tools (XL, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Preferred degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
- Proven working experience as a data analyst is preferred.
