Poste et missions:
The VIE, Marketing Support Immunoassays will focus on the various phases listed on specific goals that include the High Medical Value program and specifically in the business related to the biomarkers Procalcitonin (PCT) and the antibiotic stewardship utilization, and Nephrocheck and Acute Kidney Injury. These biomarkers are the major focus of the immunoassay business. The VIE will learn specifics of the US in vitro diagnosis market from the supervisor, gain knowledge on market segmentation and account analysis from the product managers and learn business analysis to develop business cases. Focus on Marketing communication and tools as well as the development of a digital media program, gain knowledge on the creation of sales tools and the adaption of specific sales messages to be reflected on the tools, participate in inter-company and off-site activities. Focus on the execution of sales programs, customer data repository programs such as CRM and Sales force (incorporating data querying, exporting data) and on direct customer interfaces.

So, the main accountabilities will be:

• PCT and Nephrocheck Installed Base analysis
• Segmentation of the Installed Base by account performance and history with regards to assay utilization/consumption
• Identification of the low performing accounts and development of the "ideal account profile"
• Preparation of a specific growth plan by account profile

Profil:
Biotechnology management degree, you have marketing or sales experience ideally in medical device, IVD or pharmaceutical industry. You have strong knowledge in sciences, market data analysis and installed base analysis.
You are self-motivated and willing to learn. You like working in a team spirit environment.
