To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Coordinator Engineer in our China office.

Job description:

Located in Chang'An, Dongguan (south of China, near Shenzhen), in tight connection with the China office teams, the Project Coordinator Engineer will oversee:

• In RFQ phase (Request for quotation), coordinate the technical studies (feasibility study, risk assessment, technical questions), attend the steering committee evaluation and ensure the offer is in connection of customers’ needs
• In sample phase, coordinate the industrialization of the products, ensure the conformance through collected evidences up to customers’ validation within the required timeframes
• Launch with our main AVL factories (Approved vendor list) a productivity studies to optimize the manufacturing processes by relying on the added value.
• Support the development team on writing/reviewing various industrialization documentation
• Ensure our procedures are being followed according to our established standards.
• Ensure transversally, upwards and downwards communication (French and local associates)

Profil:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in industrialization engineering
• Significant working experience, if possible, in a manufacturing industry
• Lean manufacturing experience would be a plus
• English proficiency is mandatory, Chinese is a plus
• Open to interface with different and various cultures
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft collaborative tools

Conditions d’éligibilité pour cette destination :
Vous devez pouvoir justifier de deux années d’expérience post dernier diplôme, équivalent à un Bac+4 chinois, stages et alternance non comptabilisés.
