Role:

We are looking for a talented product owner to join our Estonian back-end development team. You will be part of the Product and Project team, half located in Tallinn and half located in Paris, and you will take over several development projects to digitalize the parking sector.
As a product owner you will be a privileged interface between teams in France (Product Managers, Front-end developers) and technical teams in Estonia (Back-end developers, Devops). You will have the chance to work both on the functional and technical aspect of each projects.
Our teams work in an Agile environment, you will join the process and contribute actively to its continuous improvement.
1 or 2 months of training in France will be included. Business trip in France to be planned 20% of the time.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage projects in an agile environment (Sprint organisation, backlog priorisation, JIRA administration, stand-up meetings…)
• Assist Product Managers (based in France) in functional specifications and MVP definition
• Define technical solutions along with back-end developers and coordinate with front-end team
• Translate functional specifications into user stories
• Ensure and contribute to the quality of the developments, deliveries and its documentation.

Profile:

• Computer science engineering degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of back-end development environment.
• Full stack understanding: front-end (iOS, Android, Web), back-end (PHP, Kotlin), devops (Jenkins,…), Database (SQL,...)
• 2 years of experience as a developer, IT project manager, product owner or similar
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence…)
• Fluent in French and English
• Autonomy, Good communication skills and teamwork, ability to work with remote teams
