Job Purpose:

• Develop and implement Revlon’s marketing activities for the managed brand(s) on the Benelux / Web markets in order to develop market shares and brand awareness.
• Support achievement of commercial targets by inspiring and engaging consumers through the webshop, social media and offline environements by developing inspirational brand communication.

MAIN DUTIES :

Prepare and execute annual marketing plans (Direct and Indirect Business) on Care and styling brands
• Implement the marketing plan / brand support actions on an annual basis per brand / country /distribution channel in order to achieve sales targets
• Prepare, monitor and control marketing budgets as well as monthly forecasts by brand and by distribution channels
• Roll out new products launches (plans, budgets, phasing, communication & animation strategy)
• Define and implement sales animations & promotional plans per country / or brands for each sales cycle (e.g. : every 2 months) in order to support sales development
• Keep track of products and marketing supplies with global Supply & Demand and Logistics departments on a permanent basis (product launches, sales animations...)
• Assess Brand Support investment options / results for continuous improvements and a tighter fit to the market and sales needs.
• Monitor and update the webshop for effective sales.

Marketing Communication (internal and external)

• Implement media strategy and brand communication materials (documentation & material) for each planning cycle through collaboration with the dedicated media & PR agencies aligned with global guidelines (documentation to salons and end-users’ product documentation, POS advertising / merchandising)
• Present new products and promotions cycles to sales teams and lead/participate in marketing presentations in various internal meetings (business reviews, sales meetings...)
• In liaison with sales department, work with key retailers on specific consumer engagement programs.
• Prepare marketing presentations for annual brand / customer events (trade shows)
• Translate or organize translation of documentation into local languages (product packaging, Press/Media advertising, leaflets, internet content...)
• Act as an internal and external ambassador for the brands and liaise with customers and salons on specific questions and requests
• Develop, implement and Monitor Social Media plans to increase Brand Awareness and support the Brand image in the market. All in alignment with Global Guidelines. Ultimately increasing #vistis to the webshop and online sales.

EDUCATIONA & EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of operational Marketing experience
• Experience in B to B ideally
• Experience and high affinity with Social Media tools, Google analytics

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Skills:

• Comprehension of all areas of the marketing mix and commercial acumen
• Deep knowledge of cosmetic products and recognition of category trends
• Project management skills (ability to manage a several projects and to take responsibility for a timely & qualitative execution)
• Financial and analytical capacity as well as marketing budget planning and controlling ability
• Writing and design (Indesign) skills appreciated

Behavioral skills:

• Ability to act as a strong brand ambassador, both internally and externally
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Good communicator and good team player with the ability to collaborate
• Creativity and problem-solving mentality
• Experience of working in a multicultural/-lingual environment and ability to work across countries with strong cross-cultural awareness
• Organized and proactive mindset

Languages & IT Skills:

• English language required
• French and/or Dutch is a plus
• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Mac (Apple) is a plus
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Indesign is a plus

EDUCATION

• Marketing educational background (Master ‘s degree or equivalent)
