Assignment:

Within our plants you will be responsible for supporting Process Engineers in Injection / Paint / Assembly. You will work in production facilities during new projects development and see how serial production is running. Therefore, your main tasks will consist in :
• Developing best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Developing and optimizing industrial processes
• Applying Plastic Omnium’s standards for project developments
• Supporting the Process Engineers team in accordance with the cost, quality and time objectives of the various projects
You will travel monthly between Poland (Gliwice) and Slovakia (Bratislava).

Profile:

You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering school with major in mechanical engineering or production and industrial performance. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum and have good intercultural skills.
You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership.
You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.
Your English is fluent and German/Polish/Slovak is a plus.
