Poste et missions:

This job offer is a presales engineer to support Anevia’s current success and growth in Mexico mainly but also potentially other countries in the region (Peru, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador).

The role of the presales engineer is to help the sales person to implement a technical and commercial approach to win projects and increase Anevia’s value in those projects. There can be also some assistance expected for post-sales support in case some projects in the region (LATAM) requires local assistance.

Main presales missions will be:

• Introduce and explain Anevia products and solutions to prospects.
• Introduce Anevia roadmap and new features to existing customers and resellers.
• Qualify technically the needs of a customer on a new project and propose a solution design.
• Contribute to RFP answers for new project (technical description, compliance matrix, bill of material), Presales team in HQ and product management will assist if required.
• Assist for product demonstrations and proof of concept.
• Rely on company tools for reporting and activities tracking (Salesforce, Redmine) - training would be provided.
In case of support required for post sales activities:
• Engineering work customer site and debugging phases
• Technical analysis of interoperability and integration issues
• On-site systems tests and validation
• Training of customer’s operational staff
• Support and follow-up of issues after production launch
This position involves a lot of interaction with customers and therefore need a customer facing profile.
Internally, it means also interaction with sales and other presales engineers. There is a high degree of experience sharing and knowledge transfer to and from the colleagues. The presales engineer may work on many simultaneous projects and with more than one sales person.

Profil:

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent diploma
• Solid working knowledge of IP networking and Linux OS
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Multilingual, with fluency in English & Spanish.
• Need to be self-motivated and able to accommodate different and changing priorities.
• Good writing skills along with capacity to generate appealing and clear documents
• Able to work autonomously and rigorously
• Good people skills to develop constructive relationships
• Frequent travels expected (average once / twice a month).
