Our Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group – Europe Division is looking for a VIE – Plant Launch Engineer m/f for its plant in Kosice, Slovakia.

Please note that applications submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.

The main missions of the role are:

- Fulfill engineering tasks in SAP FCS on plant level

- Analyze BOM (Bill of Materials) inputs from design department (MS Excel)

- Create material references in SAP (BOP – Buy-Out Parts, semi-finished goods, finished goods)

- Assign routings to material references

- Connect materials to structures to create BOM of complete product, respecting superiority of individual materials and specifying consumption rates

- Crosscheck consumption rates between SAP and real production

- Transfer customer references into internal references according specification (MS excel)

- Review and follow Industrial timing: respond delay’s to the program team

- Support for color matching process for the in-house parts

- Support Buy-out part audit process

- Participation at the daily top 5 in the plant

The ideal candidate will have/be:

- Master’s degree in engineering/manufacturing

- Fluent in English, all other languages are welcome

- First experience in the automotive industry is appreciated

- Ability to work in an international organization

- Ability to work under pressure

- MS Office knowledge (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
