REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :2365€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

In order to support ALTEN’s growth, ALTEN India recruits a Planning and Performance Officer in Bangalore.

Integrated to Operation Team, you will be in charge of :

Operational Responsibilities
• Delivery planning including management of the priorities in line with customer expectations
• Animate the planning meeting based on EDD/track the team daily
• Continuous support to PMO team and WP Managers
• Setting up tools and defining standards for Delivery Planning
• Tracking real time Productivity
• Setting and tracking Capacity vs Workload for optimization
• Systematically collect data sets from project/s which can them be rolled up into program/portfolio/client and corporate level dashboards
• Capturing and disseminating lessons learned from each project
• Performance Improvement Plan:
- Production
- Productivity
- KPI

Periodical Reviews and reporting
• Reporting accurate and timely productivity status throughout its life cycle.

System & Process development & management
• Track the team performance daily to ensure resource optimization

Job requirements :
Technical education and background (in aeronautics and/or automotive)
English : independent user (B2)
You alreday have 6 months of experience on this kind of position
