We are looking for: Junior Brand Manager Digital Engagement

Responsibilities:

- Participation in the annual digital planning process as part of brand planning, including resource and budget planning
- Analysis and evaluation of digital developments in the pharmaceutical market with a focus on rare diseases, rare blood disorders and non-pharmaceutical markets and deriving insights and opportunities for the further development of the business model
- Development, implementation and monitoring of existing and new digital strategies and tactics for franchises and brands within the regulatory requirements in cooperation with Multi Channel Management and Information Technology & Solutions
- Development, maintenance and reporting of Key Performance Indicators to measure and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of digital activities
- Conception, implementation and assessment of digital pilot projects
- Control of external digital agencies (developers / programmers, editing, design, hosting, etc.)
Interface coordination within digital projects with marketing, medicine, communication and relevant business partners

Requirements:

Education:
Master’s Degree in Business or Sciences with a focus on marketing, digital media is an advantage

Experience:
Experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of digital marketing instruments (databases, websites, apps, mailings, social media networks, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Advertising)
Project management experience

IT skills:
Proficiency with MS Office Package

Languages: Fluent English and good command of German

Other desirable skills:

- Affinity for digitization, on-line / e-commerce and disruptive changes
- Willingness to work with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Interest in medical-scientific developments
- Creativity in development and pragmatism as well as assertiveness in the implementation of ideas
