Poste et missions:

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Frankfurt as Investment Banking Analyst.

In the Global Investment Banking division, the Bank advises clients in context of mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions and specialised financing.

As member of the German Global Investment Banking team, your main responsibilities and duties will be:
• Company and market research
• Preparation of transaction documents (e.g. Information memoranda, management presentation)
• Company valuation, financial modelling and analysis
• Preparation of marketing documents
• Support and organization of due diligence processes

Profil:

You are in Business school, Engineering/Computer science School or University.

Specialization required : Finance

First relevant experience through internships in Audit or M&A.

Hard Skills :
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge in valuation methods and accounting
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and German

Soft Skills :
- Dedication and ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
- Being pro-active and initiative-taking
- Team player with ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
