Fives Aluminum Division :

The Aluminum division specializes in the design and supply of process equipment for the production of primary and secondary aluminum as well as in the management of complete installations. The offer of the Aluminum business covers three key areas of aluminum: Carbon, Electrolysis and Foundry.

The services of the Aluminum Division, has 250 employees in five countries (South Africa, Bahrain, Dubai, Canada and Australia.

Business unit : Fives Services Gulf

Fives Services Gulf SPC, subsidiary of the “Fives” industrial group, is the worldwide leader equipment supplier for Aluminium smelters. Its activities are oriented around three main areas: Products, Projects and Services.

Fives Services Gulf SPC is in charge of services activities for the whole Gulf Region such as Spare Parts sales, Technical Assistance, Refit and Modernisation projects for the product line of the Aluminium division and other Fives divisions.

The company is currently looking for an "Industrial Controller", starting on 01/07/2020 for a mission of 12 months to support the company in the start-up of its production workshop.

Primary Purpose :

-The Industrial Controller will be a major support of the CFO and the Workshop Manager for conducting and completing the challenges of the company in
ramping up the production of the new workshop.

-He/She will be mainly in charge of implementing the controlling process of the workshop, procedures and indicators that will help launch a performant
production in a competitive environment.

-He/She will participate on the business cases during the ramp up phase to be able to submit offers to customers that will reflect the proper impact on the financial statements.

-He/She will participate on the elaboration of quarterly and yearly budgets and constant monitoring of Key Performance Indicators used to analyse
company performance for overall growth and improvement.

-He/She will be in charge of controlling the costs of fabrication orders executions, logistics and purchases costs.

-He/ She will ensure compliance with Fives procedures and local statutory and other regulations.

Profil:

Education & Qualifications :

-Master degree in Finance or equivalent.

Expérience:

-Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a competing industrial environment as industrial controller.
-Previous experience in heavy industry sector, aluminium smelters or aluminium process will be a plus.
-English is a must. French and Arabic are a plus.
