REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :1809€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en

Founded in 2013, the Altran Academy aims to train Altran employees in every stage of their career. By focusing on the individual skills and goals of each employee and of their career path, the Altran Academy training paths make a unique combination between soft and hard skills which provides our Innovation Makers with an exclusive package to build and expand their solid knowledge foundation.

Mission

Under the responsibility of the Talent Development Manager, you will support and develop the training activities in Belgium. You will manage different tasks autonomously and have a strong collaboration with the HR team to be able serve the needs of a broad range of internal clients from consultants to staff population.

Activities

You will be in charge of the following activities:

Run

•Organize the practical side of the training sessions
(Registration, drop off, programme change, materials, etc…)
•Be recognized as the single point of contact internally regarding training roll-outs
•Propose solutions to “on demand” training needs
•Sustain the Academy community (60 trainers) and its “feeling of belonging”

Manage

•Monitor the quality of the Academy (feedbacks collection, training redesign, trainer’s support) and deliver great results.
•Manage extra projects such as:
oInternal communication & promotion of the Academy (leaflet, catalogue…)
oEvent management for the Altran Academy community
oNegotiation with external suppliers …
•Understand and ensure the compliance with legal framework related to training in Belgium.

Develop

•Develop and deploy the Academy’s yearly roadmap based on the Altran Group Strategy.
•Develop and strengthen the training offers – Especially on the technical/engineering trainings part.

•Improve the Academy, by continuously adapt policies and processes.

Key skills requested

-Master Degree in Human Resources, Communication or Management.
-Fluent in English and French (you will interact on a daily basis in English – written and orally and perform presentations in front of an audience).
-Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word)
-Will be considered as a strong asset
-Knowledge of InDesign or Photoshop
-First experience in human resources, training or people development area. (internship, “alternance”, personal projects included)

Organization and Localization

•The role reports to the Talent Development Manager, within the HR Department of Altran Belgium.
•The position is based in Brussels
