Le Groupe Bolloré figure parmi les 500 plus grandes compagnies mondiales, occupant aujourd’hui des positions fortes dans chacune de ses trois activités : le Transport et la Logistique, les Médias et la Communication, les solutions de Stockage d’Electricité.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Contrôleur Financier H/F en VIE, pour notre nouvelle filiale : Global Freight Solutions dont les activités de Freight Forwarding couvrent la Suède/Finlande. Cette fonction sera basée à Göteborg, en Suède.

La société se compose de trois agences (Göteborg qui est le siège social, Stockholm et Helsinki, Finlande). Bien qu'il s'agisse d'une petite entreprise (environ 50 employés), elle est un acteur important dans le domaine de la logistique en Suède.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Financier Northern Europe basé à Londres et de l’équipe financière locale, vos principales missions seront de :

- Contrôler et commenter l'activité opérationnelle et les résultats
- S'assurer de la bonne application des procédures groupe sur le périmètre
- Être le garant des résultats et de leur production dans les délais impartis
- Être en support aux responsables opérationnels sur les aspects de rentabilité
- Participer au budget avec l'ensemble des acteurs de l'organisation
- Répondre aux demandes diverses de la DAF Northern Europe.
- S'assurer de la mise en place et le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI)
- Analyser et commenter l'activité
- Fiabiliser le système d'information
- Faciliter l'intégration de Global Freight Solutions dans le réseau Bolloré
- Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la fiabilisation des outils d'analyse et de contrôle opérationnel

Une période d'intégration de 2-3 mois à Paris et au Royaume-Uni est prévue avant la prise de poste définitive.
Ce poste est ouvert en VIE et est à pourvoir dès que possible.

Profil
- De formation Bac + 5 type École de Commerce, vous avez une première expérience en finance et de préférence avec une première expérience en logistique.
- Vous possédez une très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, en particulier d'Excel et des systèmes d'information.
- Vous êtes autonome et doté d'un bon sens de l'organisation,
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur et votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Votre anglais et votre français sont professionnels (langues de travail).

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller on a VIE contract, for our new subsidiary: Global Freight Solutions whose Freight Forwarding activities cover Sweden/Finland. This role will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The company consists of three branches (Gothenburg which is the head office, Stockholm and Helsinki, Finland). Although a small company (circa 50 employees) it is a strong player in the Swedish logistics field.

This role will have a dual reporting line, both to the local finance team as well as to the CFO Nordics who is based in London.

The main responsibilities and duties of this role are:

- Monitor and comment on operational activity and results as it relates to financial results
- Ensuring the correct application of group procedures within the scope of consolidation.
- To validate the financial results and produce related reports within the given deadlines
- To support operational managers on aspects of profitability
- Participate in the budget with all the relevant people within the organization
- Responding to various requests from Finance Director Northern Europe.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze and comment on the activity from a financial aspect
- Ensure information is accurate on the financial systems
- Facilitating the integration of Global Freight Solutions into the Bolloré network
- Contribute to the improvement and reliability of analysis and operational control tools

An integration /induction period of 2-3 months in Paris/UK is planned before the definitive position is taken up.

This position is open on a VIE basis.

Profile
- You have a 5-year business school degree and a first experience in finance
- Preferably with some experience in logistics industry
- You have a very good command of IT tools, particularly Excel and information systems.
- Autonomous and with a good sense of organization,
- Attention to detail with a bias toward high output and strong analytical skills
- Your English and French are professional (working languages).
