POSITION SUMMARY:

Chanel, Inc., a leader in the luxury goods industry, seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Ambassador for the Tysons Galleria boutique. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of client service and providing customers with prompt, professional, warm and courteous service. The CSA is also responsible for handling the repairs process and assisting in executing pertinent support tasks as directed by management.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage the repair process from beginning to end to ensure increased client follow-up and timely resolution of issues
· Maintain thorough and accurate repair log
· Process all repair items and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
· Ensure consistent follow up with After Sales Service Center on repair statuses
· Consistently follow-up with clients regarding their repairs
· Communicate with management regarding weekly repair intake
· Participate in initiatives and conference calls provided by After Sales Corporate team
· Understand how to manage client expectations and resolve client issues on a boutique level
· Describe the repair processes and restrictions to clients during in store interaction
· Help resolve repair claims and client issues using boutique resources independently
· Use repair system to most efficiently maintain all client and repair information for easy recall
· Consistently order parts and follow up with part orders
· Participate in boutique trainings to develop expertise in materials and care instructions
· Correspond with Shipping and Receiving Clerk to develop incoming and outgoing repair shipment process
· Order and/or request and maintain supplies needed to complete repair packaging
· Use innovative ideas to streamline the repair process and more effectively maintain a high level of communication with repair clients
· Take detailed photographs of repair product
· Represent the boutique at After Sales Trainings
· Support the Client Experience by consistently elevating the level of service
· Respond to incoming telephone calls in a timely and effective manner. Ensure accurate message taking and distribution
· Assist with the location and processing of charge send merchandise
· Respond to transfer inquiries in a timely manner
· Assist in the timely and accurate completion of cycle counts
· Assist in operational sales support for sales associates
· Support Shipping and Receiving by assisting in the process as needed.
· Assist Boutique Management and Sales Associates with the selling process as needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
