The Client Relationship Management (CRM) IT Lead will lead the CRM IT Practice reporting to the Head of Omni-Channel IT. He/She will be a key business partner to develop the CRM Roadmap / Strategy. This position will be responsible to integrate and manage all sources of customer data to a single view of the customer cross channels.

Core Competencies:

• Management of the CRM Technology Roadmap / Data in partnership with internal and external partners

• Design and Management of the CRM Data Model

• Business Analysis and Project Management

• Build relationships with key stake holders across multiple disciplines and organizations

• Coordinate with Global Digital IT to integrate local CRM to Global CRM initiatives

• Ability to run queries and develop data modeling to assist the business users make timely data driven insights

• Promotes Data First and ensure easy access to data, high availability and performance

• Architect data integration to internal and external systems

• Partner with Legal and IT Security for security and privacy compliance

• Strong Data Visualization Presentation and Communication Skills

• Strong Data Analytical Skills

• Strong Vendor Management

Required education:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or comparable work experience

Required experience:

· Minimum of 3 Years CRM IT Experience
· Preferred but not required – Retail Experience and working knowledge of Micros Relate, Experience on MBS, Ebay, Zeta CRM
· Knowledge of Oracle BI Dashboard
· Strong SQL Skills
· Qualitative Experience – Generating business insights
· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business terms and communicate effectively with the business
