Manager, Sales Planning - WFJ

·  Strong ambition of growth for the US in the years to come: need to develop Brand Equity in the category (grow awareness and legitimacy) and drive scale to double the business between 22 to 25
·  4 different distribution channels - WFJ BTQs, Fashion BTQs, Dept Stores and Independent retailers (approx. 60 doors): specific strategy of PJ expansion in MBR distribution, in parallel to the development of our retail business (own and Fashion)
·  3 different product categories with different operating models: Watches, PJ and HE: rich yearly plan of product launches + necessity to support core business, esp. J12T / Coco Crush / High Jewelry
·  Need to balance strong growth ambition with profitability: opportunities to improve business monitoring, processes and efficiency (KPIs tracking, processes and systems, dashboards…)
·  Opportunity to develop collaboration with Global teams and local corporate teams (TECH, Piscataway) in a context of change management (Change of operating model for national accounts, driving scale across networks and support Lion Project)

Position Responsibilities

Translate the Division strategic vision into business plans and sales budgets

·  Build and follow up on the Sales budgets by channel and product category, in collaboration with Sales Teams and finance
·  Assist in building the yearly update of the MTP for the division
·  Provide high-level analyses and business reports including strategic recommendations to maximize sales and profitability, and control inventory levels effectively
·  Prepare and co-animate with the Senior Grp Director the Sales Goals Review sessions for Retail and Wholesale in partnership with the Sales team
·  Measure the performance of each network by updating and sharing the appropriate reports with the corporate team
·  Partner with Merchandising and Inventory Management to calibrate assortments and replenishment orders (MBR)
·  Update and review with Senior Grp Director the reports used to monitor our level of inventory and purchases in collaboration with Finance
·  Help contribute to the monthly business reviews shared with US President and MC (business updates, gaps and opportunities…)
·  Assist in the enhancement process of our dashboards used to monitor business performance in partnership with Business Intelligence and Sales

You Are Energized By:

·  Working cross functionally with various departments (Finance, Sales, IT)
·  Using analytical skills to collaborate across teams and help build strategic business initiatives
·  Being curious and resourceful to efficiently manage the tasks with the tools and the information available (Excel, Power BI)
·  Handling multiple distribution channels and understanding the dynamics of each: Retail, Lease, Fashion Retail and Multi Brand Retailers

Position Requirements:

·  1-2 years experience in Corporate Finance/Supply Chain/Merchandising roles
·  Strong Communication and relationship building
·  Systems knowledge and ease working closely with IT to adjust systems as needed to support the business
·  Strong knowledge in retail math, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint 
·  Detail oriented with organizational and problem-solving skills, on top of a strong sense of service
·  PowerBI knowledge is a plus
