Job description

YOUR ROLE @ CHANEL

·  Acting as the bridge between the shopfloor and the senior management team. 
·  Prominent figure on the floor, leading the team with a collaborative approach. 
·  Reporting into the Assistant Managers and ultimately the Boutique Director, providing constant feedback and solving any difficult scenarios as and when they arise, as well as celebrating successes! 
·  Motivate and inspire the team to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience  
·  Coach the team to ensure and maintain the shopfloor to a luxury standard (VM, wrapping, replenishment).

·  Being able to drive business priorities through FA engagement with CHANEL & Moi, CRM, IFL for example to embed a culture of consistent learning, clienteling and exceptional service. 
·  Have a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and systems and support the FA team as appropriate 
·  Feedback to the Management team on department performance in terms of sales, merchandising and action plans to elevate the client experience.
