We are currently recruiting a Style Advisor for our Market Street Boutique.

About the Job:

The Style Advisor at Chanel plays a pivotal role in directly engaging customers, embodying the brand's vision and boutique mission on a daily basis. They serve as the frontline representative, delivering a unique and luxurious experience to all customers while connecting them to the brand beyond mere product sales.

What You Need to Know About the Role:

As a Style Advisor, you will be responsible for upholding the image of the brand as a Brand Ambassador, portraying professionalism and sophistication in grooming and behavior at all times. You will convey brand messages, values, and culture while maintaining boutique displays and environment to Chanel standards. Additionally, you will sell a style and a dream, building emotional connections with customers by understanding their needs, offering relevant recommendations, and inspiring them to discover new styling possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Inspire customers with your styling advice, respecting their uniqueness, and conveying the allure of our collections.
·  Anticipate client visits and prepare personalized appointments, ensuring high image standards.
·  Engage with existing clients, reactivate inactive relationships, and identify new client opportunities.
·  Achieve individual and boutique sales targets by offering cross-category styling solutions.
·  Share your knowledge of fashion and styling principles by inspiring and coaching the boutique team through regular styling sessions, morning briefs, and one-on-one coaching.
·  Contribute to post-buy debriefs to enhance future collections by providing qualitative feedback on collections based on client preferences and assist in boutique buy decisions.
