Within the Chanel Boutique in Knokke, you will contribute to the smooth running of the boutique and help ensure a high-quality customer experience.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

Reception and Customer Service, Sales Support, Shop Presentation

· 
Welcoming customers and directing them to Fashion Advisors

· 
Managing customer flow and serving refreshments

· 
Supporting sales and assisting with packaging

· 
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the sales area

· 
Assisting with visual merchandising and arranging collections

· 
Keeping work tools tidy and replenishing supplies

Assistance with Inventory Management

· 
Daily receipt of goods

· 
Ongoing inventory checks

· 
Optimising stock levels

· 
Managing after-sales service

· 
Preparing events and customer gifts

· 
Analysing shop activities

Depending on busy periods, peak times or the absence of a colleague, you may be asked to provide extra support in the boutique or stockroom.

What you will bring to the team:

Passion for client experience, fashion and luxury

· 
You are a self-driven, positive, and independent person

· 
You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics

· 
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus

· 
Living in or around Knokke and available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
