The Fashion Client Analytics team operates as strategic thought partners to the division, generating insights to drive critical initiatives and deepen Chanel’s understanding of client behavior through rich storytelling. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with high intellectual curiosity to join our team. Your role will support the Client Analytics team in working with key stakeholders to provide actionable client insights.

Client Insights and Support

·  Leverage client database to pull regular client analyses and analyze client purchase patterns for Client Analytics team and key stakeholders
·  Support Boutique and home office teams with ad hoc/campaign-driven clienteling lists and client profile lookups
·  Aid the team in development of strategic client analyses by pulling raw data, gleaning topline insights, and populating PowerPoint presentations
·  Partner with Boutiques and Merchandising teams to unlock opportunities to support business initiatives, and better understand client trends based on the added anecdotal context
·  Develop targeting recommendations and execute lists for direct mail campaigns
·  Assist in comprehensive, timely ROI reporting and recommendations for marketing campaigns
·  Join select meetings and present key analyses where relevant
·  Provide additional team support for ad hoc projects as needed

Database Management

·  Manage all aspects of boutique-facing BI tool, including license access, user training, and requesting enhancements in partnership with CHANEL Tech team
·  Serve as day-to-day contact for all profile merge, deletion, and opt-out requests
·  Assist Client Analytics team with any initiatives impacting the evolution of existing tools or processes in order to improve the client experience, capture rates, and quality & richness of client data

Requirements & Logistics

·  High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Minimum 2 years of experience with data analysis or similar
·  Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and/or database management (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP) preferred
