We are looking for a fashion enthusiast to join our team of Sales Advisors within our Abu Dhabi Fashion Boutique (RTW, Shoes, accessories, handbags, small leather goods, watches and fine jewellery). Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will contribute to the development of sales by offering our clients the highest level of customer service.
Your main responsibilities are:
· Create a luxurious experience for every client entering our boutique in line with Chanel’s exceptional services
· Ensure customers are welcomed in the required manner in order to create genuine and lasting relationships with them
· Build an emotional connection with clients and contribute to the brand image of Chanel as the ultimate House of luxury
· Advise, guide and help clients by providing information on current fashion trends in order to build customer confidence and encourage brand loyalty
· Ensure that sales and procedures are followed accurately
· Ensure that all grooming standards are in line with Chanel image as outlined in the Chanel boutique charter
· Understand and maintain all Boutique areas according to current merchandising standards
· Check stock levels regularly, participate regularly in inventory management including cycle counts and re-stocking
· Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues and management
You have at least 3-year experience in Fashion Retail, preferably in a similar role, in Abu Dhabi. You are passionate about fashion, styling and you are customer oriented. Your proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, your strong interpersonal & communication skills will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
Strong English communication skills are a must. Arabic would be a strong advantage.
