Join the founding team of our unique Concept Store in Marbella, bringing together the elegance of Maison Michel and the precious craftsmanship of Goossens . As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of the client experience.

Main Missions

Sales Excellence

·  Master sales techniques and inspire colleagues.
·  Offer inspiring and creative advice to clients.
·  Achieve set sales and performance targets (KPIs).

Client Experience

·  Be a storyteller and personal stylist for clients.
·  Inspire customers and deliver expected services and communication.
·  Develop the customer database.
·  Manage after-sales service.

Business Development

·  Know best/slow sellers and identify missed opportunities.
·  Analyze figures and KPIs to improve business; be familiar with daily reports.
·  Identify customer profiles and anticipate their needs.
·  Share insights and learnings with the Boutique Manager.
