Job description

The New Chanel.com goal is to build a competitive and integrated digital platform for the house of Chanel, enabling the brand strategy and featuring key messages about its culture and values, while delivering a seamless online experience for the end-user. 

The Product owner is a key member of the new Chanel.com agile team.  The eCommerce product owner is leading a team dedicated to offer a personalized, reliable and omnichannel experience to Chanel customers aiming at purchasing Chanel creations online. The eCommerce team handles subjects such as check out and cart processes, delivery methods and tracking, order management, payment, click and collect. 

The Product Owner :

·   is responsible for understanding the needs of the businesses, Creative and Regions, and steering research and development phases to deliver a solution that meets those needs.  works with Designers, Business Analysts, Delivery Manager, Developers, and Publishing team to frame, design, develop and deploy the solution to Chanel clients. Those stakeholders and resources maybe be geographically distributed on or off site.

Experience Required:  

7 years of experience  
Strong knowledge of eCommerce projects and stakes 
The candidate must have worked in an agile environment (SCRUM)
