Job description
Job Purpose:
To be responsible for product management together with Product Manager
To gradually develop expertise in products including inventory management (out of stock and over stock situation), ideal stock coverage by category, sales by category, customer group (nationality, database segmentation)
To gradually take ownership of specific product categories
Key Responsibilities:
Buying process
Assist Product Manager in the preparation of OTB and sales performance reports to plan for future buys
Help ensure the administration and purchase order for Thailand operations. Build the right product assortment and allocation per boutique
Help conduct accurate analysis of the current business including product / SKU sales, stock and sell-through analysis per boutique, product segments, client segments, size, colors, styles, etc
Inventory Management
Stock monitoring on likely out-of-stock and over stock situation
Stock transfer in and out of Thailand and between boutiques
Logistics coordination for boutiques in Thailand including stock allocation by boutique and replenishment
Follow up order delivery
Coordinate and upload pricing information and ensure accuracy of data
Reports
Track measurement of product performance including sell-through by season, sell-through by SKUs, sell through by Boutique, sell-through by category
Daily sales report
Stock on hand divided into OOV and seasonal reports
Monthly report
Sketchbook
Others as assigned by Product Manager
Future Key Responsibilities
