Job Purpose
Chanel is looking for a Network & Unified Com SME to join the Technology & Digital Service Department. Reporting to the Network & Security Lead, you will be part of the team responsible for the voice/unified communications solutions and network security architecture of our business-critical platform services and applications.
Your core responsibilities include working collaboratively with Network & Security Lead and vendors to optimize networking solutions and unified communication services as required across the organization, also further enhance scalability and effectiveness of cloud and on-premise networking services.
A top-class Network & Unified Com SME should possess in-depth knowledge with current unified communications solutions, relevant technologies, and industry best practices to evaluate feasibility and suitability of solutions for further integration. You will also provide technical support to domains, market teams, or other users on unified communications tools and telecommunication network devices
Key Responsibilities

Identify and propose solutions to further integrate unified communications services and technologies
·
Keep abreast of the latest technologies, product and best practices of network communications
·
Evaluate existing systems and technologies to determine new initiatives for optimizing performance
·
Propose new systems and technologies to further improve service qualities and reduce costs
·
Identify solutions to resolve incidents regarding to the service level agreements
·
Provide technical support to domains, market teams, or other users
·
Maintain inventories of unified communications tools and telecommunication network devices
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Mandatory
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other engineering disciplines equivalent
· Certificates of networking on cloud environments (Azure, AliCould) on a professional level
Prefer
· CCNA/CCNP/CCIE equivalent
· Certificates of Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Voice Engineer will be advantageous
· ITIL certification foundation level or higher
Work Experience
· 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a large enterprise with a focus on reliable connectivity in, contact center and unified communications for financial and regulated environments
· Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, Unified Communications, and contact center solutions
· Experience in designing highly available applications with responsibility for infrastructure robustness, including networking and unified communications
· Experience working with popular communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
Functional/Technical Expertise
· Experience in multi-tier cloud networking, network support and troubleshooting
· Proven ability to design, implement, and administer network infrastructure devices
· Technical knowledge in VPN gateways, intrusion detection/protection systems, wireless controllers, access points, routers, switches, proxies, firewalls, load balancers
· Excellent familiarity with unified communications tools and mobile telephony solutions
Required Competencies
· Strong business acumen, analytical and decision-making skills, proven management experience with large-scale organizations
· Superior stakeholder management skills with ability to manage several activities in parallel and deliver under pressure
· Excellent communications skills, capable of working with cross functional technical and business teams and varying levels of management, in a professional manner
· Proficient in Chinese and English communication, both in written and spoken
