Job description

Key Responsibilities:

·  Perform general logistics activities using RF HH scanner such as receiving inbound shipments, put-away, picking/packing/labeling, releasing outbound shipments accurately
·  Barcode and put-away Watches & Fine Jewellery, Fashion and Fragrance & Beauty Products POS items and probes including Communication Dept bulky items
·  Verify Packing List, Shipping documents against physical goods and ensure receive correct quantity and item from supplier/vendor/factory and to report all exceptions found
·  To perform quality and quantity check prior to delivery (pick & pack) and upon acceptance at warehouse.
·  Perform scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly physical cycle count
·  Perform any other tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor as and when required
·  To carry out housekeeping of warehouse and maintenance of equipment.

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications 

·  “N" or “O” Level / NTC / ITE or higher in logistics related studies

Work Experience

·  At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in the logistics environment

Required Competencies

·  Computer literate and knowledge with Warehouse Management System
·  Experience in barcode scanning activities is advantageous
·  Ability to drive reach truck or possess forklift license is advantages
·  Must be hardworking, physically fit and possess an eye for details
·  Independent and a team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
·  Able to work overtime support upon requested
·  Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
·  High energy and multi-tasking competency is expected

·  Microsoft Dynamics AX (Sales ordering module)
·  POS ( Sales Ordering)
·  Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS)

·        核实装箱单、运输文件,确保从供应商/供应商/工厂收到正确数量和物品,并报告差异

·        在仓库交货(收货和包装)前验收质量和数量

·        执行每周、每两周或每月的货物盘点

·        协助直属主管处理日常工作相关事宜

·        管理及维护仓库内务和设备

要求:

学术/专业资格

•           “N”或“O”级/NTC/ITE或更高物流相关文凭

工作经验

•           至少2年物流相关工作经验

能力

•           懂电脑文书操作和仓库管理系统知识

•           有处理条码扫描经验者优先

•           能够驾驶货车或拥有相关执照者优先

•           努力工作,体格良好,注重细节

•           主动,愿意学习,具责任感及团体精神

•           有机会加班工作

•           有活力,能处理多任务
