Legal Counsel

Job description

·  Drafting and reviewing all types of commercial contracts, including, among others, Supply Agreements, Lease Agreement, Consignment Agreements, etc.
·  Supporting commercial team to skillfully handle customer complaints
·  Prepare, review and negotiate commercial contracts and contractual documents;
·  Provide advices regarding contractual rights and obligations and interpretation of terms and conditions.
·  Conducting legal research and doing analysis on specific legal matters
·  Live with the mindset for brand protection and brand image under any circumstance
·  Providing legal training on selected topics
·  Constantly improve the existing process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
