CHANEL is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an Indirect Procurement Intern to join our Iberia team. In this role, you will be at the center of Procurement activities across all divisions (Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry) as well as corporate functions.

Your role @CHANEL:

Your role as Indirect Procurement Intern is to contribute to the overall performance of CHANEL by supporting the evolution of the Procurement function, managing procurement tools, and strengthening supplier relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and contribute to delivering value through sourcing, analysis, and operational excellence.

A key focus of this role will be the enrichment of CHANEL’s P2P platform, while actively participating in broader procurement activities such as sourcing projects, negotiations, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities include:

·  P2P Platform Enhancement : Monitor and manage due diligence processes, create and maintain procurement catalogs, define and implement preferred supplier lists, and support procurement tools (project management, reporting, sustainability tracking).
·  Sourcing & Tendering Support : Participate in sourcing and tender projects under the supervision of the Procurement Manager, contributing to negotiations, analysis, and supplier selection processes.
·  Supplier Management : Support supplier sourcing initiatives (RFI processes), ensure alignment with business stakeholders, and monitor supplier commitments and performance.
·  Contract & Process Support : Assist in defining specifications with business teams, support legal agreement implementation, and manage end-to-end procurement processes from tender to reporting.
·  Performance & Optimization : Identify opportunities to optimize spending and rationalize the supplier base, particularly within low-value categories, contributing to Procurement efficiency and sustainability objective.

What you can bring to the team:

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual with a strong interest in Procurement and business operations.

·  Education : Degree or Master’s in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
·  Experience : Previous experience in Procurement is a plus.
·  Analytical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
·  Technical Skills : Advanced Excel skills are required; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
·    Communication & Relationship Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
·  Mindset : Curious, proactive, and energetic, with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
·  Languages : Fluent English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
