Job description
· Closely work with warehouse operation teams, business teams and other stakeholders to smoothly support daily orders and achieve DC operation & customer satisfaction KPI.
· Keep close tracking on urgent orders, event orders or ad hoc projects.
· Supervise the daily system order KPI performance; proactively follow-up with related function teams for quick actions, root cause analysis and final solution.
· Support new launch plan, peak season and holiday contingency plan
· Keep customer complaint ratio within target. Timely solve complaints and take corrective action for failure cases.
· Update SOP for customer service operation.
· In charge of warehouse billing and payment.
· Closely work with warehouse supply vendors contracts, and track performance.
· Support on facility maintenance, safety and security.
· Closely work with BTQs by delivering BTQ training and survey regularly.
