Associate, Finance Learning Coordinator:

We are looking for a Learning Coordinator to join our Finance team. In this role you will provide primary support to the CFO while supporting the organization’s learning initiatives. As a key trusted partner to the CFO, you will be at the heart of the Finance team with daily responsibilities such as calendar management, while also partnering with cross-functional teams to support the development needs of the organization. In this role, you will serve as a resource for centralizing information and communication within the Finance Leadership team and will work closely with other Assistants across the organization to ensure seamless organization and execution. 

Position Responsibilities: 


·  Expense submission and reconciliation, travel planning, team vacation logs, supply ordering, calendar management, and onboarding of new team members 
·  Managing travel arrangements and creating detailed travel itineraries, including follow-up during executive travel to ensure coordination and support at all points 
·  Calendar Management: scheduling of all meetings, both internal and external
·  Managing Microsoft Teams communications channels
·  Drafting and sending communications as directed, securing confidentiality
·  Writing and coordinating timely business correspondence
·  Preparing detailed reports using PowerPoint and Excel
·  Preparing presentations using PowerPoint
·  Organize logistics of offsite meetings including venue selection, event flow, procurement of supplies, communication and building of agenda and activities, printed materials, etc.
·  Plan key business outings and events on an ad hoc basis 


·  Support global learning initiatives
·  Identify career development opportunities within the organization (development guides, cross training opportunities & other events)
·  Managing registration for accounting with state guidelines and create training schedules accordingly
·  Solicit needs from employees and management to identify needs


·  Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse and large team
·  Solution-oriented, positive approach to problem solving and creative and collaborative approach to professional development events
·  Have a high level of self-reliance and resourcefulness

·  Excellent verbal and written communication
·  The ability to prioritize when faced with requests, demands and deadlines
·  Possess excellent computer skills specifically in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·  Be proactivity and strong organizational skills

Position Requirements:

·  Learning and Development experience preferred
·  Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the Teams platform

·  Team player: ability and desire to work with and in support of a large team
