Undersea Warfare SME

Position Description
CGI Federal is looking for an Undersea Warfare SME to Provide PEO IWS 5.0 Senior Level support as a liasion to the U.S. Submarine Force.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Act as liasion for PEO IWS 5.0 with the U.S. Submarine Force on Anti-Submarine Warfare systems such as the Advanced Processing Build and Sensor Programs. Provide recommendations and assessments of PEO IWS5.0 development and deployed systems based on crew performance. Provide assesment of Pacific-based submarine crews to assist with technology advancement strategy and methods to ensure continuous improvement . Provide feedback regarding effectiveness of training tools and system documentation. Provide services as an at-sea test director for APB at sea testing aboard submarines

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
1. Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required, per Federal stipulation.
2. Direct experience the PEO IWS 5.0 Advanced Processing Build program development and testing process
3. Direct experience with Commander Submarine Force U.S. Pacific Fleet
4. Direct experience with U.S. Navy Submarine Operations
5. Direct Experince with at-sea testing operations
6. Knowledge of NAVSEA and DOD Acquisition policies
