Position Description
First level Applications Development professional, representing the most common entry point into the organization. Performs routine activities related to applications development. Focuses on learning and acquiring work skills/knowledge in the Applications Development field.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Create test requirements, test plan, test scenarios, test data with high testing coverage and a pass rate
Execute QA testing, submit bugs, push bug resolved, analyze test failures, and deliver 100% test report
Determines and develops approaches to solutions
Defines standards for the development of manual & automated test scripts, deployment, and reuse
Contributes to the automation effort
Participates in formal reviews of business requirements and application designs
Ensures proper test coverage exists based on requirements and design specifications
Recommends strategies and methods to improve test plans and process
Create and executes manual and automated test scripts for most complex projects in a most efficient and modular fashion
Create common routines and libraries for automation to be shared
Coordinates test schedules, work, and resource plans; manages the progress of all test activities against the plan
Establishes testing entrance and exit criteria
Identifies and manages critical path of testing
Ensures execution of project regression testing tasks
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Functional Test Automation Experience: Should have 3 - 6 years in Selenium Strong hands-on experience in Selenium with Java Scripting Experience in design and development of various frameworks - data driven, keyword, hybrid, etc Capable of understanding current framework and identify gaps and suggest improvements Fluency in Java Script, in terms of writing test scripts for automation using the framework defined Proficient in executing and analyzing test cases execution using Selenium Strong debugging skill to identify errors/issues in the test automation scripts Manual testing experience: Strong experience in test design and execution of test cases, defect tracking systems like HP ALM and JIRA tools Well versed with design techniques for writing test cases Proficiency in requirement analysis, writing test scenarios, test cases Able to work in the capacity of an individual contributor and interface seamlessly with client Strong communication skills (written as well as verbal) Ensure quality and timely delivery Ownership of product and working independently Demonstrated ability to create and execute end-to-end test scenarios to emulate user interaction Well versed with Agile Methodology Integrity & Stretch Mindset
