Position Description:

We are looking for a Talent Adquisition Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

. Support and coordinate recruiting processes and support documentation, data gathering, reporting and data validation.
. Preparation and realization of interviews.
. Maintain timelines, trackers and follow-up actions to ensure smooth execution.

Digital & Professional Skills

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
. Comfort with digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive)
. Interest in AI-based productivity, automation and process optimization
. Familiarity with basic project-management practices

 
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR/Labour Relations, Sociology, Business Administration or similar.
Additional training in HR, Talent, OD, People Analytics or Project Management valued but not required.
Spanish. English proficiency (B2+ / C1) 

The job location may be in Madrid, Barcelona, Granada, or Palma de Mallorca.
