At CGI, we pride ourselves on the amazing teams we build, currently we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator co-op student to help us grow. In this role, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team with a specific focus on recruiting in Quebec City.

Join our Talent Acquisition team where you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen our recruitment strategies and initiatives in Quebec while learning from seasoned talent acquisition partners.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop talent management strategies to enable a strong talent pipeline
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions including supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and additional administrative tasks
• Achieve customer satisfaction with key internal/external partners through recruiting delivery and service
• Act as a brand ambassador for CGI to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
• Utilize LinkedIn to promote the CGI brand and attract candidates to CGI

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Currently enrolled in a business or HR post-secondary degree or diploma program
• Administrative or HR experience in a corporate environment
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle a workload with challenging priorities; highly organized and able to multitask
• Collaboration, communication and active listening skills
• Excellent command of the English/French languages both written and verbal
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role, which involves interactions with both national and international clients.
