One of our key client programmes is looking for an experienced SQL DBA to join their team. Due to the Secure nature of the programme we can only accept applications from candidates who have an active Higher Level (DV) clearance

Your future duties and responsibilities
You will be providing on-site and remote technical support solutions for customer service delivery and availability, while ensuring satisfaction with Microsoft SQL server. Providing technical support and acting as the primary onsite technical contact you will provide customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues escalated to the highest levels of management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience of implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server 2012, SQL Server 2014 and related technologies, troubleshooting SQL Server, including performance problems, query tuning and optimization, and Windows Server performance problems and implementing or deploying SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Reporting Services (SSRS), or Analysis Services (SSAS) is essential for this role
You will have a Technical familiarity with Microsoft Database and other database technologies (secondary), excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications, analytical and presentation skills, the ability to deliver presentations, discuss SQL Server and complimentary products at a solutions level and be able to manage customer escalations and work under pressure
