Position Description:

HR - Compensation and Benefits (COE)

C&B professional based out of Bangalore, India with 3+ years of experience in managing core C&B activities and reports to Regional Head based out of India.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Compensation including Variable/Ownership Plans

Partner with the local HR during annual appraisal cycle and ensure the data is accurate and free from any error
Laise with HR Business partners for releasing the salary hike letters and ensure that members have discussions with their managers before the payout
Has knowledge to prepare, track the annual compensation review budget. Report monthly budget utilization, update and reconciliation of salary pay components. Discrepancies if any, to be highlighted with HR Shared Services team & Business partners for rectification etc.
Work closely with the Talent Planning (Workforce management team) to review jobs using the job framework of survey house. Laise with vendors or internally to share data for benchmarking etc.
Support and execute regional team on special projects, shares expertise and has a good knowledge on the ERP, Compensation Tools, country best practices, insights on the current compensation trend, variable/performance pay, ownership plans/ESOPs, changes in the legislation, compliance and/or statutory requirements, compensation-based labour laws/regulations, retiral benefits for locals as well as foreign national working in the country.

Handle compensation related queries in a timely manner
• Insurance Benefits

Partner with the Insurance brokers in designing policies, manage end to end renewal process, build employee communication strategy, facilitate enrollments and support HR Business partners to drive participations
Work closely with the regional TC team and coordinate with the Insurance broker and other BAU related to Insurance activity management, including support in empanelment of insurance vendor, coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders to complete necessary documentations as part of the new vendor evaluations like the GDPR
Review annual renewals & invoices and advise management and accounts payable for fund transfers
Analyze and share utilization summary. Present key metrices and prepare the team for negotiations during the renewal
Verify/calculate insurance premium deductions as part of the member contributions and advising payroll for the recovery
Manage employee queries and manage claim utilization end to end with the Insurer and broker
Has overall understanding of the working conditions and other benefits policy matters.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

MBA or Postgraduate in Human Resources
Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word PowerPoint & SharePoint
Total Compensation Domain Knowledge and Tools
