Job Description: - Senior Full Stack Developer: -
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building modern web applications using React; Node.js; and Next.js; with a strong focus on creating scalable; maintainable; and performant solutions. Core Responsibilities
• Architect and develop full-stack web applications using React; Node.js; and Next.js
• Write clean; efficient; and well-documented code following best practices
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and database schemas
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define; design; and ship new features
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Required Qualifications: -
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in: React and its ecosystem (Redux; React Query; React Router)
• Node.js and Express.js
• Next.js and server-side rendering
• Modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• CSS frameworks (Bootstrap; Tailwind CSS)
• RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• SQL and NoSQL/MongoDB databases
• Git version control
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS; Azure; or GCP)
• Strong understanding of web security; performance optimization; and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers

Preferred Qualifications: -
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Technical Skills: -
• Frontend, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Redux/State Management
• Jest/Testing Library Backend, Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Database Design, Authentication/Authorization.
Tools & Practices: - Git, Docker, CI/CD, Agile Methodologies, Code Review, Technical Documentation
